Plans & billing

New accounts pick a plan and add a card right after signing up, which starts a 14-day free trial with full access — your card isn't charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then means you're never charged. The Billing page shows your plan, its status and how many days are left, and a banner appears across the app when the trial is in its last week, has ended, or a payment has failed. Choosing a plan takes you to a secure Stripe checkout, and TrafficDefenseIQ never sees or stores your full card number.

Once you have an active subscription, the same Billing page gives you a Manage billing button that opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your card, change plans, view past invoices, or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What each plan includes

• Basic ($99/mo) — up to 5,000 scored leads a month, the core detection rules, affiliate scorecards and evidence packs, 1 blacklist or allowlist, up to 3 team members.
• Medium ($149/mo) — up to 25,000 scored leads a month, everything in Basic plus the advanced cross-upload rules, unlimited lists, up to 5 team members.
• High ($199/mo) — up to 100,000 scored leads a month, everything in Medium, plus auto-sync postbacks to your tracker, the read-only API, and unlimited team members.
