Emails from TrafficDefenseIQ

Some emails are part of using your account, and always arrive: invitations to join a team, password resets, email-change confirmations and the welcome message when you first sign in. Everything else is optional and can be turned off.

• Scheduled reports: the weekly summary you set up from the Lead report. Unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any report email, or delete the schedule from the Lead report's Schedule menu.
• Upload-complete alerts and risk-spike alerts: turned on from Settings under Notifications, and both off by default. Each email also has an unsubscribe link, and turning it off there switches the setting off for you.
• Reminders and tips: for example a single reminder if you signed up but haven't uploaded a file after a few days. Turn these off under Settings, Notifications, or from the link in the email.

The unsubscribe link asks you to confirm with one click and doesn't require signing in. Replying to any of our emails reaches support, so if a message looks wrong or you didn't expect it, tell us.
