Deleting your account

Permanent, and removes everything tied to it.

From Settings, scroll to Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm — this is a deliberate extra step since the action can't be undone. Deleting your account cancels your subscription straight away (nothing more is charged) and permanently removes every upload, lead, and score tied to it. If we can't reach the billing system to cancel, the account is left as it is and you can try again a moment later.

If you just want a copy of your data first, use Download my data before deleting — once an account is deleted, that data is gone.
