Scoring an upload again
Check an existing file against today's lists and rules.
Adding entries to a blacklist, or creating a new list, doesn't change leads you've already scored. To bring an older file up to date, open Historical data and choose Score again on a finished upload. Pick which lists to check it against (the ones it was scored with are ticked) and start.
- Every lead is checked again and its score and risk level are replaced. It takes about as long as the first time, and you'll see the same progress screen.
- Your work is kept: reviews, notes and ignored leads stay as they are.
- Nothing is sent again. No alert emails, webhooks or postbacks go out for a re-score, because you already received those the first time.
- When it finishes, Historical data shows what changed, for example "high 4 → 5".
The old scores are overwritten, so a re-score can't be undone. It also needs the original file, which is removed if your data retention setting has deleted the upload; in that case the upload can't be scored again.
