CSV format: what TrafficDefenseIQ expects

File limits, required columns, and how column mapping works.

TrafficDefenseIQ accepts .csv files up to 50MB and Excel (.xlsx / .xls) files up to 10MB. Excel files take far more memory to read than their size suggests, so for a big export, save it as a CSV instead. For Excel files, only the first worksheet is read, its first row must be the column headers, and you'll see a warning if other sheets were left out. If you upload a file you have already scored, you'll be warned before it counts every lead twice.

You don't need to match exact column names. On upload, you map your file's columns to TrafficDefenseIQ's fields, and we try to guess the mapping first based on common header names used by Everflow, CAKE, Affise, HasOffers, and similar trackers.

Lead email — required
Conversion time — required
Click/visit time — optional, improves time-to-convert scoring
Phone number — optional
Affiliate ID / affiliate name — optional, powers affiliate-level reporting
Offer ID / offer name — optional, powers offer-level reporting
IP address — optional
Payout — optional, powers your dollar-at-risk figures
Lead name — optional, lets a name-based blacklist match against this upload
Transaction / click ID — optional, your tracker's own ID for the conversion. It's what a postback quotes back to your tracker (see Sending results to your own systems), and it's searchable in the Lead report
