Review states: unreviewed, reviewed, escalated

Every lead has a review state — unreviewed, reviewed, or escalated — that you set from the lead detail drawer or in bulk from the Lead report. This is separate from a lead's active/ignored status: status affects what counts toward your scoring and filters, while review state just tracks whether someone on your team has looked at it and whether it needs follow-up.

New leads start unreviewed. Mark a lead reviewed once you've checked it, or escalated if it needs a second look or action outside the app (e.g. holding a payment). Filter the Lead report by review state, or use the command palette (Cmd+K) to jump straight to "Escalated leads" or "Unreviewed leads."
