Creating your account

What you need to sign up and how the free trial works.

Signing up only needs a work email and a password (10 characters minimum, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number). After you confirm your email, you'll pick a plan and add a card to start your 14-day free trial — you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from Billing.

After you submit the signup form, we send a confirmation link to your email. You have to click it before you can log in — this also protects your account from someone signing up with an email address that isn't theirs.

Didn't get the email? Check spam first. If it's genuinely missing, use Log in → Forgot password once the account exists, or contact us and we'll check delivery on our end.
