A lead I know is fraudulent wasn't flagged

The automated score is built from three signals: how implausibly fast a lead converted after the click, whether it duplicates another lead (in the same upload or an earlier one), and whether the email looks disposable or auto-generated. It does not yet check IP reputation (VPN/proxy/datacenter) or conversion-velocity spikes per affiliate — those detection rules are still being built, and we'd rather leave them off than have them guess.

If a lead you know is fraudulent slipped through, it's likely because it doesn't match any of those three automated signals. Mark it escalated and add a note so your team has that context — and consider it useful signal for us on which rules to prioritize next, which you're welcome to share via Contact us.

If it's a value you'll likely see again — the same email, phone, IP, or name reused by the same bad actor — add it to a blacklist (Settings → Lists) so it's caught automatically on every future upload instead of relying on catching it by hand each time. See Managing blacklists.
