A lead I know is fraudulent wasn't flagged

What the scorer checks today.

Every plan runs 8 core rules (timing, duplicates, same-affiliate-offer duplicates, disposable email, velocity spikes, email patterns, completeness, and your own lists); Medium and High add 6 more that look across your account's upload history (shared-IP rings, repeat offenders, payout outliers, interval regularity, relative affiliate benchmarking, offer-relative conversion timing). See How fraud scores are calculated for the full list.

If a lead you know is fraudulent slipped through, it's likely because it doesn't match any of the rules that ran for it — on Basic, that can include one of the six advanced rules above. Mark it escalated and add a note so your team has that context — and consider it useful signal for us on which rules to prioritize next, which you're welcome to share via Contact us.

If it's a value you'll likely see again — the same email, phone, IP, or name reused by the same bad actor — add it to a blacklist (Settings → Lists) so it's caught automatically on every future upload instead of relying on catching it by hand each time. See Managing blacklists.
